WELCOME to SHOWSTOPPERS! We are looking forward to seeing your performer next Monday, June 27th at Avon High School. Below you will find important information and reminders for next week. As always, I welcome any questions you might have! Feel free to reach out any time!

Rehearsal Times:
8:30am-11:30am: Incoming 6th-9th Graders
12:00pm-1:00pm: Incoming 1st & 2nd Graders
11:30pm-1:30pm: Advanced Dance Ensemble
1:30pm-4:00pm: Incoming 3rd-5th Graders
Payment:
If you have yet to pay for your SHOWSTOPPERS Experience, please note that payment is due in full BEFORE Monday. If your student is no longer planning to attend please let me know ASAP. Thank you!

Arrival/Dismissal:
Campers will always enter & exit door #37 of Avon High School. SHOWSTOPPERS staff will be outside helping students find their way. Supervision is provided 15 minutes prior to start time each day. Please do not enter the building/arrive more than 15 minutes before your rehearsal. Our staff will escort all performers outside at the end of the day to ensure a safe dismissal. Parents, please do not enter the building during our rehearsals or for dismissal. We will escort your campers safely outside door #37 after each ROCKIN' day!
Advanced Dance Ensemble:
All incoming 6th-9th graders are welcome to join! 11:30-1:30 M-F. No experience necessary! Learn an additional choreographed piece to perform at Friday's concert. To join, simply bring your $45 on Monday. Please bring a sack lunch with you each day. After your morning rehearsal, Advanced Dance Ensemble members will eat their sack lunches on campus with our counselors. At approx. 1:30pm, campers will be escorted out of door #37 for dismissal.
"Show Off" Performance:
Friday, July 1st
6:00pm Avon High School Auditorium
Doors open for audience seating at 5:50pm
Audience members will enter door #33 of Avon H.S.
All performers final dress rehearsal: 5:00pm
Concert will last approx. 30 minutes
What do performers bring/wear to rehearsals?
Performers should wear cool and comfy clothes that they can easily dance in. Active wear. Tennis shoes/sneakers are a must! NO SANDALS or Crocs ALLOWED. This is for your child's safety and our liability. NO SANDALS or Crocs. Water bottles are encouraged. Please label the bottle with your child's name.
Snack & Sparkle Shack:
Each day we will offer snacks for sale at our Snack Shack as well as a variety of merchandise at our Sparkle Shack. Snack items are $1 and merch ranges from $1-$10. We have the absolute greatest eats and sparkly treats (headbands, bracelets, stickers, etc)! Of course, students are welcome to bring their own snacks too. Water only please. If you are bringing money please put it in a safe pocket or bag. Please label everything you bring.
Safety Measures:
Masks are not required, yet optional for all campers. Hand sanitizer will be available. Campers will be encouraged to wash their hands prior to all snack/drink breaks. If your child is not feeling well, or has a fever, please keep them home. Thank you.
If there is an accommodation that your child needs or something that the staff should be aware of when working with your student, please let us know. We want this to be a positive experience for your students and our staff.
