"Show Off" Performance:
Friday Rehearsal & Concert Details: Avon SHOWSTOPPERS
We welcome you to invite family and friends to Friday's performance! Your superstars have been working very hard and it would be wonderful to have a full house for their show! They are going to ROCK!!! No tickets needed.
Friday:
Rehearsal as usual:
8:30am-11:30am: SHOWSTOPPERS- Incoming 6th-9th Graders
12:00pm-1:00pm: Mini SHOWSTOPPERS-Incoming 1st & 2nd Graders
11:30pm-1:30pm: Advanced Dance Ensemble
1:30pm-4:00pm: Opening Act-Incoming 3rd-5th Graders
5:00pm: ALL PERFORMERS are seated in the auditorium and READY FOR THEIR DRESS REHEARSAL
5:50pm: Doors open for the audience (enter A.H.S. door #33)
6:00pm: SHOWTIME! Concert will last approx 30 minutes
Concert Attire:
Performers will receive their SHOWSTOPPERS t-shirt today (Thursday). Performers should be seated in the auditorium at 5:00pm on Friday for their dress rehearsal wearing their new t-shirt, tennis shoes (no sandals) and shorts or leggings. Friends, the length of your shorts should be classy and respectable. Please no rips, tears or "short shorts". Thank you!
Youth Small T-shirts:
Due to supply chain shortages of "youth small" t-shirts, your student could be receiving a "youth medium". Thank you for your understanding and flexibility! We will tie it, scrunch it, whatever we need to do to make it work! Thank you!
Concert Entrance:
There is a free will offering collected at the door of the auditorium. The suggested donation is $3-$5/person or $20/family. We thank you for your generosity! SHOWSTOPPERS is a fundraising company offering educational experiences and funds to community music programs. Thank you for helping to support the performing arts at Avon High School.!
