Chicago Performs! 2019

If you've been a SHOWSTOPPERS performer with Miss Jennifer, then chances are you've performed at Disney World and Universal Studios in Florida, opened for the Harlem Globetrotters, sang the national anthem at the Musketeer Hockey games and earned the highest scores in the junior high division at most every competition you've attended. Join us this summer as we head to the Windy City for a performing arts experience unlike anything we've ever done before!

Previous participants of SHOWSTOPPERS Show Choir Camps and/or Siouxland All City Show Choir are automatically welcome to join Miss Jennifer & Mr. Fenton in this performing arts experience.

Student Trip Cost: $925 

Students will attend all activities, tours, show, classes, t-shirts, meals, etc as shown on the list above. 

Things NOT Included in the Trip Cost: 
- 2 lunches 
- 1 dinner

Chaperone Trip Cost: $925

Chaperones will be attend all events, workshops, tours, classes, etc along with the students and directors. Chaperones will be asked to guide a small group of  4-5 performers safely to and from all walking destinations as we travel by group. Your responsibilities include keeping an eye on your group while we are on the streets of Chicago everyday. Chaperones will also be responsible for their small group during "free time" on Michigan Ave as well as making sure they are "up and at em'" in the morning. Chaperones will receive and wear the group t-shirts everyday. BONUS- You won't miss out on ANY of the fun we'll be having and get to attend EVERYTHING we do! 

Non-Chaperone Trip Cost: $925

All In-Non-Chaperone Adult: $925
If you want to join in all the fun but you don't want to be responsible for a group of performers- no problem! You will pay the $925. 

Note to Parents Going on the trip:

​Students on this trip will attend all events/workshops/tours and stay with the group AT ALL TIMES. At no point during this trip will any  student be allowed to leave the group to go with their parents/families/etc. Please treat this trip as a school function and NOT a family vacation. Should you wish to take your students  and "do your own thing/meet up with us later" this is NOT the trip for you. It is our goal to keep your students safe, accounted for and to give them an educational experience while growing as an individual. Student trips create the opportunity for young people to enhance their responsibility, time and money management and further develop an overall sense of confidence. Please allow your student to get the full experience by letting them be responsible for themselves. Students will stay with the group for the entirety of the trip. 

Should your family choose to extend your stay in Chicago and not ride the bus home to Iowa, that is great. Please let me know what your plans are. As always should you have any questions, please reach out anytime! This is going to be a trip of a lifetime!

This trip will be lead by directors Jennifer Toney and Gage Fenton. Jennifer is the proud owner of Front & Center Productions, SHOWSTOPPERS Show Choir Camp and formally the founder of the Siouxland All City Show Choir. Gage Fenton is a recent graduate of Morningside College, former vocal director of the Siouxland All City Show Choir, current director of the Bishop Heelan Middle School Show Choir "Genesis" and is a future music educator. Jennifer and Gage have successfully lead student groups around the nation.
